The Hotel Association of Greater Victoria (HAGV) is committed to advancing sustainable tourism by encouraging member hotels to implement eco-friendly practices that align with the United Nations’ 17 Sustainable Development Goals. As part of a certified Biosphere Destination, HAGV collaborates with community partners to promote environmental stewardship and social responsibility. Member hotels are encouraged to pursue individual Biosphere certifications, demonstrating their dedication to sustainability and enhancing Greater Victoria’s appeal as a responsible travel destination.
